Please read these terms carefully before renting a vehicle with us.

1. Rental Agreement

All rentals are subject to a signed rental agreement. The renter must meet the minimum age and licence requirements stated at the time of booking.

2. Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit is required for all rentals and is returned after the vehicle is inspected and any outstanding fines or charges are settled.

3. Insurance

All vehicles include comprehensive insurance. The renter is responsible for the insurance excess in the event of an accident, plus any damage not covered by the policy.

4. Mileage

Each rental includes a daily mileage allowance. Excess mileage is charged at the rate specified in the rental agreement.

5. Traffic Fines

The renter is liable for all traffic violations, Salik (toll) charges and parking fines incurred during the rental period.

6. Cancellation

Cancellations made within the agreed notice period are eligible for a refund of any prepaid amounts, less applicable processing fees.
